i can give you some tipes, just to help you to improve:
-dont make recolor imanges, i mean, dont take a image and change the color and edit it to make look diferent, the result is poor, what you can do is use the image and draw something with it, it will look natural and nice. Also try using other tools to make better lines, like curves tools in pain tool sai, dont try everything with MsPaint, working with that is very limited.
