You stand in front of a set of parallel trolley tracks. On one track is a single person, bound so that they cannot move. On the other track is a group of five, trapped in a similar dilemma.
 
A pair of trolleys sit on the tracks.
 
The one on the track with five people on it begs you to cum inside it, as it has gone without sex for its whole life and is to be decommissioned and melted down next week, or it will move forward and kill the people in front of it.
