This shaky effect works when hitting the floor and then stopping stiff, but it doesn’t work when bouncing back up. What you want to do here, is give the ears a delayed effect instead. Basically just have the regular loop you had on the first version, and make it slightly out of sync on purpose so they bob just after the rest starts going up.
