This is a con badge styled like a parody MtG card. BB dubbed the fake game Sorcery: the Collecting. Essentially, every badge is broken/OP in terms of play, so I wouldn’t read too much into it. :P

“friendly creatures” is not a mechanic I am familiar with in MtG. What does it mean?

If this were an MtG card, I’d say that that last ability is very green. Thankfully this isn’t, so she can do whatever the hell you want! Oh, but I would recommend raising the CC by at least 1, maybe 2, in order to balance her out, play-wise. 3-cost ’walkers tend to be broken AF.
