I was hoping that the Shadowbolts would be better portrayed as characters and try to redeem themselves to Sci-Twi after Friendship Games, while also forming a friendship with her and Canterlot High. Like in one of the Friendship Games deleted scenes that was also an alternate ending. But the fact that they didn’t learn from their mistakes from the games during Dance Magic has reduced my hopes for them in the official EQG series. The only one of the Shadowbolts who I think deserves a second chance is Indigo Zap, mainly because she wasn’t with the other Shadowbolts in Dance Magic and didn’t help them steal Rarity’s ideas. Hopefully showing that she did learn from her mistakes.

I’d love to watch a spinoff series of them as well… But with Fleur-de-Lis appearing in many scenes and having important roles in some episodes (I think she’s quite underrated).
