It’s a parody of the cover for a rather infamous Hentai comic called “Emergence”, which involves the main character (Spoiler, really messed up and NSFW) turning from a shy nerdy girl into a broken sex addict, who ends up getting raped and abused, ends up having an abortion, and at the end dies alone and homeless from a drug overdose
