Trouble decides not to risk going down the alleyway and bolts. He hears the stallion yelling in the distance, but that’s gone soon enough.  
It takes 10 minutes of running but soon Trouble makes it to the Barley Thorn district. The place reeks of booze, urine, and decay. Several of the buildings have been partially destroyed and ponies have set up tents in the ruins. Others have bars around them. The streets are quiet and less lit. The only sources of light here are trash fires and sickly yellow street lights. The only sounds are distant barking, infrequent bursts of breaking glass, and the occasional whispers of traditional Zebra music. The metro tunnel is next to a park in the center of the district.  
Trouble descends into the tunnels. It too is much more quiet than the West District tunnel, completely empty at night. Something feels ominous about the X-142 Access tunnel that Trouble was told to go down to Campaway. Still, everything looks safe as can be.
