Would this humiliation technique even make sense to ponies? It operates on the idea that getting down on all fours is equivalent to lowering oneself down to the degeneracy of a wild animal, since humans are bipedal and most animals are quadrupedal. I’m not sure if ponies would understand it considering they and many other sapient species on their world are quadrupedal, and even if they did understand its meaning from a human cultural context, the ponies are essentially insulting themselves by doing this.
