Given enough calories, I think my body could cope with heating up another 100kg of matter if it was sufficiently conductive to happen on a reasonable timescale.
Of course the real problem is being singed to a crisp in the bright sunlight once your side of the moon gets lit.
Also the whole breathing thing.
Perfect vacuum is a perfect insulator against conduction and convection, sure, but Moon has atmosphere - about 100kg of it, total. Over long enough times you’re gonna get cold.

There is no dark side of the moon, really. As a matter of fact it’s all dark.
b-but a vacuum is a perfect insulator and there is zero heat transfer except for certain kinds of radiation, thus she wouldn’t feel cold; her own body heat would just compound on itself and make her feel really hot
but being on the dark side of the moon is definitely hella cold and would make her hella cold by contact
