personal perspective by definition is not so much right or wrong so much as it is different for each and every individual, there is no such thing as an objective point of view its just what a person percieves through their limited understanding and lifespan to witness the universe; also this not a site for dealing with real world problems but rather one for art, porn, and heated debates about pastel ponies; not unlike what we’re experiencing.
your perspective is wrong about them, if you say they are smalls then why did I see high school women adults with adults are the same size unlike celestia and luna? eh. Some teens from real world are adult size and sometimes not. You should stop seeing cartoons and focus on the real world.
I weigh 300 pounds, everything under 200 is small to me, and these are all high school women that are in shape and skinny, so by my perspective they are small, its just a relative measure.

Maybe Margaret is just a really large woman, she’s always depicted as taller than the spankee and the equestria girls are particularly small women so this might just be forced perspective. If you put a giant next to a dwarf the dwarf looks smaller and the giant looks bigger.

Too old….I would spank a 104 year old if they threw a tantrum, but gently because I know I might break something if I’m too rough. (I think she’s whatever age she was in the first equestria girls, so young adult, late teens that sort of thing)
