Rate isn’t the most helpful when it comes to Shoal’s investigation to Manifestation book, but he gets the thing done. One can only imagine how big of a struggle he is in; trying not to reveal what they are doing to literally everyone else in the planet.
“I mean, c’mon, this book magic? utterly nonsense. The spell barely rhymes! Who would want this old thing anyway? *pfft* . . . . . . . you’d think this would help me to write the Fair report?”
