One day, Pinkie Pie was strolling on the beach when, high above in the distance, she saw Rainbow Dash, Scootaloo, and Soarin flying above. Excited to see them, Pinkie Pie waved and yelled, but they were too high and preoccupied to see or hear her.
 
The three pegasi seemed to be tiring out, and Pinkie watched as the trio gently glided down near a sand dune on the beach. The pegasi laid themselves against the sand dune and decided to chillax. As Pinkie trotted toward them, the three of them seemed to have fallen asleep.
 
Pinkie Pie heard from Rarity that Rainbow Dash and Soarin seemed to be getting quite close and affectionate to each other. Pinkie realized this would be a perfect opportunity to plant an idea into Rainbow Dash’s subconscious, that could ensure she would get to be foalsitter for the future family.
 
Pinkie slowly sneaked toward the side of the sand dune opposite of where the pegasi laid, and slowly sneaked toward them until she saw Rainbow Dash’s blue ear over the edge. Pinkie then whispered, “Pinkie Pie can foalsit… Pinkie Pie can foalsit…”.
 
Pinkie Pie didn’t notice that Scootaloo wasn’t asleep yet and could hear her.
