That’s right. There was originally meant to be a fifth Equestria Girls movie that would continue right after the events of Legend of Everfree, but Hasbro decided to scrap it to make way for the following specials and web-series, making Legend of Everfree the franchise’s final feature-length installment. And by late 2019 and in early 2020, the Equestria Girls saga have already ended.
No it isn’t.
Kids are so stupid for liking TTG and other DC terrible medias.
Never mind a season 6, that dumb show has already lasted twice the amount of time the original did. And it’s only “popular” because Cartoon Network never gives the more action based shows a chance and airs them at some of the worst times possible like six in the morning on Sundays. It’s also very cheap to produce because the animation is so poor, so it doesn’t take much to make a profit with it.
There’s no way those could have been released as shorts since they are about seven minutes each and that’s way longer then any of the shorts have been.

Why do people with terrible taste are always the one running in the shows can’t we get someone who cares more about character development and good story writing instead of people who only care about filling their pockets
And it doesn’t look like it will slow down anytime soon. Found out that on HULU, it is the highest rated and most streamed kids show on that site. Not kidding, despite all the options, kids still choose TTG. Looks like the show will not only get a Season 6(Something the original never got) and reach over 300 episodes.

I wish they’d keep Equestria girls going for a quite a long while or at least make a spin-off where they all go to the same college

Yeah I agree or at least I’m hoping they said there was some minor setbacks but they planned on Equestria girls going a lot further than MLP
