Losing her parents when she was still young and being forced to keep the farm running and raise her little sister taught her there was no running away or ignoring the bad things of life; you just have to buckle up and work your way through them.

If you stop now, things only get MORE shittier than they are now!! And it’s YOUR duty as the new ruler of Equestria to scoop that out and dump it into the Tartarus pits!!
 
Look at it this way! There’s ALWAYS gonna be murder, rape, burglaries and hate crimes in the world!! Does that mean we should repeal every law banning those heinous activities??!
