Who’s Sheldon Cooper?

One of Dr. Wolf’s theories about “Grogar” was that he might be smarter than he lets on. Maybe he sensed that “his” Bewitching Bell was close by, and pretended not to know what the other villains were planning.
 
That might be my big problem with the reveal; Not only was it Discord the whole time, but he was incredibly stupid about it. I could’ve forgiven the whole thing if “Grogar” knew of the betrayal and tried to restrain the Terrible Trio just after they powered themselves up with the Bell, justifying his perceived control over the situation.
