Joking aside, facial composition can make or break a picture, and that’s something that comes with practice.
The only other thing that really stands out is his right wing looking a little mangled.
I recommending opening up the picture in any sort of art program and flipping it horizontally, seeing the image mirrored can highlight mistakes or parts that look off.
If you can’t open it in an art program, literally looking at the picture through a mirror works too.
