your current filter.Agreed… Hell, I had possibly the worst childhood in existence, (other than outright abandonment or homelessness), that would have been a step up from how I was raised, because at least then you would have a parent who cares for you and isn’t A: So diseased she’s practically comatose, or B: An abusive, drunk, selfish, con-man.
I prefer not to think of it as a tragic life or bad parenting. More like…finding a cute, albeit unconventional way to deal with the circumstances of a conundrum.
I mean at least that’s better than ditching the kid home alone. Ehh, it probably gets more disturbing if you look into it deeper… The kind of scenario I personally envision here is as light hearted as possible.
