Nothin’ weird about it, the procedure is carried out at a very early age so hormonal development follows an entirely different path.

It is recognized as a gender in irl equines. The personality and behavior of a gelding is completely different from that of a stallion.

If they’re now both straight females then that isn’t really a problem for either of them, they would just have a mutual breakup
