So? People have been making fanart on synopses for upcoming episodes since the early days of the series.
You’re making a mountain out of a molehill, man.
I’ve not seen the synopsis nor the episode, but the art is in relation to an episode that has not yet aired. I therefore assume the artist has seen the episode and is making art based in spoilers from said episode.
Also, you can, y’know, filter it.
I mean, we have the synopsis (non-leaked) already and the art has nothing to with the episode’s actual events.
Which you would only know if you’ve seen it already.
