Before I get to the context in this pic, I really want to do a AU where the three villains are reformed one at a time. Cozy going first, the problem is, should it be a comic or fanfic?
Anyways, After Cozy glow is forgiven by Twilight sparkle and the others. Cozy was officially reinvited to the school and was Twilight’s friendship assistant again. The fake, sweet personality she put on slowly became her real personality. All bitterness and evilness washing away as she realised friendship truly.

If they’ve made it certain that they don’t want to reform, on even the slightest level, not even for how they can benefit from it on a selfish level, why bother trying?
I remember how Chrysalis reacted violently to the mere suggestion that maybe changelings didn’t need to be hungry all the time.
I think the bigger question is:
How the hell do you redeem a former bug queen who made it clear that she’d rather die than go through with it?
For the record, there are small villains, but usually these are old, they just looks young … cozy glow is very young in true

Cozy Glow had a smile on her face when seeing Twilight’s little brother go through pain, and was going to kill them all, alongside Chrysalis and Tirek, among many other things without a shred of remorse.
Why wouldn’t she be happy she got punished? That’s the better question.

She was an excellent student. She understood the words, but not the music, because she’s a psychopath. She was sitting through hours and hours of classes, doing well, helping other students, and she turned around to backstab all of her friends, because they meant less than nothing to her. She had no delusions of good intentions, she fully understood friendship and wanted power.

Remember she’s a fictional character, just writers decided her behavior. So the problem is: why the writers didn’t made she apologize?
Me too, it’s a more uplifting ending with Cozy being reformed instead of being turned to stone.

Twilight to Cozy in Season 8 finale: “I’m sorry I couldn’t teach you about Friendship.”
Twilight could’ve at least feel some remorse about this. Her former student didn’t learn about Friendship from her and now she’s facing the consequences for this in one of the worst possible ways.
That’s to be expected from the pony who murdered so many innocent Pinkie clones. At least one them lives in fear…
