do you notice your suicidal ideation increasing after periods of high anxiety? it might be a way of dealing with anxiety, seeking solace in death as a kind of release.

it’s not, of course, but it sure can feel like it. you need to do things to reduce your anxiety, either by changing your environment, or thinking calming thoughts, or even just distracting yourself from existential horror that your brain wants to fixate on AGAIN. never underestimate the power of watching cute music video remixes.

good luck reducing your anxiety, either way.
