That’s exactly what I was thinking when I saw what Dash is looking.
I assume their expressions are because of Rainbow in the background doing a quick flyby, and flipping their skirts up with the wake of her passage. RD seems to be enjoying the fruits of her labour.
With those wonder if rainbow dash loves what she sees when she had a glimpse up light-hoof’s and Ocellus’s skirts when they along with shimmy shake were fighting with their skirts in windy conditions hoping any pony besides rainbow dash was to have a glimpse at their sweet pussies.
1- They need a bathroom break.
2- They’re worried that those short skirts are too short.
