It…kinda looks like she is a princess!
I wonder if this was inspired by Princess Platinum, from the Hearthswarming play…
You have to admit, they are seriously similar in design.
It’s not her final design. But since the final designs may have bits and pieces from concept arts (like I said in other two pictures before), I genuinely hope Rarity’s mane and tail in her final design look like that (but with darker colours).
