Hope you had a lovely Christmas, if you celebrated it. This year’s was actually alright - in no small part due to some very generous individuals who helped my family out during a crisis earlier this month. We’ve had some angels this season.

‘Tis the time of year for relaxation and time with family, which means taking a break from post-apocalyptic podcasting. Though I have been floating around the idea of a kooky “Christmas Special” session… It probably won’t happen, but it’s fun to imagine what in the world that would even look like with my group.

DM: The night goes by peacefully, and then the sun rises over Dodge Junction. Each of you has the morning off, so you have plenty of time to talk to Applejack.
Twilight Sparkle: Alright. I guess we gather up first thing, and then head over to where Applejack is staying?
Rarity: Sounds like a plan.
Rainbow Dash: Here it comes. Obvious Loophole Abuse 101.
Pinkie Pie: It’s okay! She swore on her Element!
Rainbow Dash: What, you’re saying she can’t stretch the truth?
Pinkie Pie: I’m saying she’s better than that! TRUE honesty goes by the spirit of truth, not just the letter!
DM: You arrive at Applejack’s room. When you knock, there is no immediate answer.
Twilight Sparkle: And no later answer, I take it. I open the door.
DM: The suite is empty. Bed made, no personal belongings… Like no one had ever been there.
Fluttershy: …Maybe we picked the wrong door?
