Personally, I can’t stand zombies. Well, that’s not quite true - there’s enough of them in action games nowadays that you either deal with it or miss out on a lot of unique play. But I’ve still never been a fan of any horror-genre depiction of a zombie apocalypse; I just can’t handle it.

And before anyone points out one of the players I’m currently DMing is a necromancer: That’s different. In… some way I haven’t thought of yet.

Twilight Sparkle: And while I think the zombie metaphor in your speech was thematically appropriate for tonight… It might’ve been the wrong audience for it.
Princess Luna: How was I to know there were so many ponies in zombie costumes?! Bah, no matter. We scared the children. Time to see if our counter-intuitive ploy works.

DM: Something tugs at the end of Luna’s ethereal mane. It seems one of the foals doubled back to speak to her.
