No, she’s going to pretend that there was a teleportation accident and that Anon has had his DNA crossed with that of a fly, and then slowly turn portions of his flesh into a weird mish-mash of fly/human traits. Then, when the last remaining dregs of his sanity are slipping away and he’s almost ready to end it all, she’ll give him a boop, call him Brundlefly, and let him have all his normal flesh back.

Thing has no idea what the limits of a practical joke should be.
