Ohhh i saw this book also in the Pony Waifu Sim Game:D

I think we just solved the mystery of why Rarity was a detective in The Case of The Bedazzled Boot! She got inspired by detective mystery novels and books! I, personally, love Rarity as a detective! It fits her perfectly! She’s an attractive young lady who will do whatever it takes to solve a mystery! Others who have a mystery that needs solving will know who to call when they need her! I can imagine her coming in to help someone solve a mystery! Here’s an example I thought of.
 
Me: opens the door to let Detective Rarity in Greetings, Miss Rarity. It’s wonderful to see you.
 
Rarity: Why thank you, darling. Anyway, so what’s your mystery you need solving?
 
Me: Ah, well, you see I was playing on my computer, enjoying myself, when I heard a bizarre sound coming from outside. It sounded like a combination of several sounds mashed up together!
 
Rarity: Hmmmm, sounds like you might have good case on your hands, or should I say, my hands! giggles
 
Me: giggles Anyway, it sounds like a combination of a screech, a scratch, a scrape, and bizarre crunching and crumbling sounds.
 
Rarity: Well, then, darling, let’s get cracking, and you can be my assistant!
 
Me: blushes Oh Rarity!
 
Both: giggles
