“Those who are not loose with their money” or “those who have some form of a budget”.
 
It is roughly 10 cents a gem. Some of the ponies cost 600 gems (and that’s nowhere near the most expensive). So that’s $60. So I can either buy a pony for a tiny game on an iPad or I can buy Skyrim for my compy. Guess which one I’m going to do?
