Pretty much, but they were full vampires. To the show’s credit though, it was clever how they took the “vampires need blood from a live human to survive” thing and weaponized it: a blade dipped in blood from a dead person is toxic to vampires, so hunters use it as a weapon. I don’t know if they invented that or not, but it’s still really clever :D

I like Supernatural. I just thought their vampire rules were dumb :P
Supernatural is best show ever bets mlp fight me in comments irl. But jokes aside Supernatural made vampires cool again and also made them more realistic. And at least they didn’t glow.

Supernatural had dumb vampire rules. They were way to “Twilight-ey” with the whole “So they’re vampires but they don’t really have any of their weaknesses or limitations or behaviors” kind of thing :P
