It’s a picture refering to “Ask Brainy Twilight”. One of those many pony tumblr blogs. I don’t know if it’s still around.
The basic idea to it is early in the show Twilight put her brain in a high-tech jar and gave her body to an A.I. she made. Leaving the AI to interact with her friends while she herself did whatever she did. That sounds sorta morbid when put into words but it was actually played off with a comical and cute tone.
