yeah that seems like an odd thing to nitpick
My guess is that the artist just wanted to keep it simple, so that the colors didn’t distract from the story.

It’s funny how people complain about things not being realistic in terms of emotional struggles… but when a series/comic tackles the real emotional struggles, people don’t get it. :)
It’s as if people don’t understand their own emotions.
I love the approach of this series. Things aren’t resolved in an episode as everyone seems to expect to happen. Things go on a long time, and I feel that this particular arc will conclude just as this series probably concludes. It’s the underlying backbone and it’s well done.
It’s pretty clear that they did, but simply talking about these things doesn’t just instantly resolve feelings like that.
