I don’t think it’s anthro myself, but Spike is bipedal in the show. He could be wearing breast forms, but since it’s your commission, I’ll just remove the tag unless the artist meant to put breasts or breast forms in the pic.
It’s a minor bit of detail, though.

I don’t think this is anthro. His is just wearing some shoes that looks like it is anthro, but it is not.
So, Spike is male is this pic. It’s a bust from the dress, it’s empty inside, so no breasts. Also, there is no make up on him.
I hope this help with all the questions you guys and girls have about the pic.
