General bio:  
Twilight Flare can be considered as a calm and discreet unicorn in most of the time.  
Wise, witty and thoughtful, Flare tends to indicate to the pony that they are doing stupid things. She often throws sharp and biting phrases in response to the replicas of Candy Floss, the daughter of Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie.  
She is also very insightful and can read ponies like an open book.  
Being a princess, she calms her friends and acts as a support for them. She inspires herself and all those around her not to give up, no matter how difficult they are.
 
Relationships:  
Twilight Flare had a bit strained relationship with her mother - Twilight Sparkle, way back when she was younger. As Celestia and Luna retired, Twilight became Supreme Princess of Equestria and her royal duties doubled, so she couldn’t pay much attention to her newborn daughter as much as she needed.
 
Rarity and Flare the best gals ever! Though they don’t seem as common as Twilight Sparkle and Flare, but their bond is really close. Rarity is the one mare who Flare comes to ask for an advice. She is a bit irritated of how Rares overcares her, duh.  
Flare and Candy Floss (Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie’s daughter) seem to have a fairly close relationship, and she is often drawn into his antics, whether Flare wants it or not. It is her duty to fight Candy’s mood swings. Oddly enough, Flare can predict what kind of mood Candy is now in the slightest movement.  
Twilight and Marigold (Applejack and Fluttershy’s daughter) have really gentle and soft relationship. They support and care about each other. They also can talk about everything but nothing at the same time, laugh and have a tiny cup of tea made by auntie Fluttershy.
