Yeah well Smolder is always being herself. Like she wants to stay as a dragon but doesn’t want to be something else, She had a hobby that is Tea parties, She loves to wear dresses, etc.
 
So yeah basicly Smolder is always being herself.

It says to board wide in meaning, most motivators happens to assume everyone understand the base of what it is saying already, but sadly no.
 
Be yourself is good, but it is dangerous to be brutally honest to show your inner self to public to the point of being ridiculed, or worse, you may do whatever you want and throw responsibilities away and you may end up downhill.
 
To fix that, I rather say:  
“You need some of the time to show your inner interesting quirks to the people whom you trust the most to reveal it. That will keep you lively. Oh! Don’t reveal it to people whom you don’t trust at all, it can be dangerous.”
 
There… Fix it.

Proving once again that “just be yourself” is the worst advice ever.
