Hasbro dolls is for little girls.
don’t for brony.

ついでに日本のコレも肌の色を日本向けにしてるのか(頑張ってはいるが)、仏作って魂入れずって感じがして何というかカンと言うか。

I love how the Hasbro dolls were ridiculed for being inaccurate, but here we see this company producing inaccurate models too but are being praised. Like ok sis.

bro it’s a standard meme…
I wouldn’t know. I ignore those things as much as humanly possible.

@Goddess Erosia
I don’t really even consider it a mockery of the other doll. To me at least, the joke is, basically a big new thing is replacing the old thing and the old thing is jealous.
Ah. Well, my apologies for the misinterpretation then.

Whole thing seems a bit mean spirited to me.

I mean, yes, obviously the detailed statue that retails for ~$100 is going to be better than the mass produced kids toy. Quality products tend to be expensive, no question. But that doesn’t really warrant calling out the cheaper one for not being on par. They both have specific purposes that don’t really make that comparison between them fair. Besides, to the right kid, the statue might seem like the lesser of the two, since you can’t really do anything but put it on display. The doll at least can be played with, which at the right age, makes it a far more fulfilling product.
