There’s no reason for Chrysalis to be any different, unless she permanently lost her shapeshifting powers for whatever reason, which I don’t think would happen, just like how Tirek would probably get to keep his magic draining ability, if he’s not taken off the board permanently.
 
It would be a bit of a double standard on the heroes’ part if that ever happened, really, since everyone up to and including Discord kept their (inherent) powers.
