Its mostly for the tagging process. Also anthro woman tend to have breasts while the non-anthro tend to not have them. This is not true all the time but most of the time.

Itâs even more perplexing to me because I donât see it ever applied to Spike, unless thereâs another anthro character in the picture. Yet for some reason almost a third of Ember pictures are tagged as anthro, with seemingly no consistency at all.
