Uuuuummmmmmmm, hi! So, it’s been almost exactly 2 years since I last logged in to DA, and that’s entirely on me. The longer I left it sitting, the more guilty I felt, because (at least back in the day) I had quite a few people who enjoyed my pony doodles, and I couldn’t help but feel that I was letting them down by not posting. Of course, the more guilty I felt, the harder it got to actually face the music. But! It’s been really weighing on me this past week how much I miss this site and the magnificent people I got to know on here. And I want that back. So, just a few things… (skip to the bottom for the TL;DR)

The longer I left it sitting, the more guilty I felt, because (at least back in the day) I had quite a few people who enjoyed my pony doodles, and I couldn’t help but feel that I was letting them down by not posting. Of course, the more guilty I felt, the harder it got to actually face the music. But! It’s been really weighing on me this past week how much I miss this site and the magnificent people I got to know on here. And I want that back. So, just a few things… (skip to the bottom for the TL;DR)
- I’m not particularly up to speed on MLP anymore. I think I’m still stuck in the middle of Season 8, but I want to catch up, so please don’t spoil anything for me if you can help it. -
- I have a lot of other growing interests beyond MLP, and I’d love to bring more of that into this account, so if you followed me for strictly pony goodness, this is your heads up.
- Some of my oldest followers (if you’re still hanging around: HEY!) may remember I started a furry webcomic on here years ago. It was called All Your Base and it was something of a passion project of mine. Well, the good news is, it’s alive and well, and you can find it at aybcomic.com or on WEBTOON! I’d really love it if you checked it out.
- I just cut the ribbon on a newly minted Fur Affinity account where I’ll be posting all of my NSFW work, if you’re interested in that sort of thing. I’m still kinda new to that scene, so keep an eyewash station nearby.
- Lastly, I know I still have some requests outstanding from, like, 2 years ago. I’m not sure I’ll be able to get those done. Not only is my current schedule quite full already, but they’ve (no joke) been one of the longstanding anxieties for me that’s kept me off this site. So if I owed you a request, hopefully you can understand. But, if you wanna be mad at me, that’s okay. I’m pretty mad at myself for never getting them done, too.
TL;DR - I’m behind on my MLP, so please don’t spoil seasons 8 or 9 for me, I plan on drawing lots more than just ponies going forward, my old furry webcomic is alive and kicking (links up there), I started posting NSFW furry stuff on Fur Affinity (again with the up there links), and I probably won’t be able to fulfill the requests I left behind at my departure 2 years ago.
Anyway, that’s all for now. Sorry for the rambling, but, well… it’s been a while. I just want to say how blown away I am to see all the activity on this account as recently as the last few weeks. Y’all are too good to me, and I’m sorry I left. And if you’re an old friend, be 100% sure to come say hi and catch up. I missed ya, DA. It’s good to be home.
