Strawberry had always aspired to be a farm worker, ever since she was a filly. Her cutie mark worked well with this - portraying fruit. She was meant to be a smoothie maker. The professions worked well together.
 
But it wasn’t meant to be. Her friend and crush, Clear Lilac, pulled her out to play on an unsteady part of the terrain near the hills. Unfortunately, a precarious boulder at the top of a hill became unsteady and she became crushed beneath it and unlodged amounts of earth. She had to have her arm/hoof amputated, and she never saw Lilac again, as the other girl had fled and moved town due to the trauma.
 
Growing up bitter and lacking trust due to her friend’s abandonment of her, Strawberry resigned herself to becoming a smoothie maker,as she couldn’t do much farm work with one arm/hoof.
 
Then, at 19, she meets Lilac again, though the other girl doesn’t recognise her. Reclusive and jobless, her friend has discovered her talent in necromancy, and never before has the divide between them felt so great. Hopeless, Strawberry begins to have nightmares and stress dreams. Princess Luna senses this and visits her in her dreams, and, apon hearing of her troubles, advises her. Strawberry slowly mends her relationship with Lilac, convincing the unicorn to stay with her, and restoring her memory slowly but surely, and they start to heal together.
 
Years later, they marry. And the child they take in grows to love and appreciate both magic and farming.
