It is disguised as what someone should “need to hide” for people who watched the EQG “movies” but not everything from FiM, the “EQG specials” & shorts [with aditional (unnecesary) “hiding” stuff just to avoid “giving it away anyways” through implication & deduction].

This character here is the original pink Celestia, which Hasbro made merchandise in 2011 by accident, before producing the white Celestia.

im not sure but It seems that Hadley is annoyed from this question.
 
She can not say that it is ACTUALLY Princess Celestia (as it would be spoilers for the FiM S9 finale).
 
The portal gave her a “human teenager” body, likely because its “A.I.” assumes that is the “default setting” for that race/species (given what it can “see” from its position right next to the Canterlot Highschool main entrance).  
-> It did the same for Sunset Shimmer & Starlight Glimmer (both of them are much older than Princess Twilight Sparkle); probably as well for the Dazzlings.

I know this game. Yes, summer is in this instance is a background character, but it wasn’t specifically stated that she wasn’t related to celestia. Now if she had said “no, this character is not related to celestia, she’s just a background character with a similar color scheme” then that would’ve been the end of it. BUT she didn’t say that instead going with a partial truth answer.

Their saying they didn’t intend for a connection doesn’t deny the possibility. It does seem oddly tersely worded as if to avoid saying she definitely isn’t.

I mean, I didn’t think the character would actually have some kind of lore or story relevance to Celestia, but I did think she was made to look just like a younger version of her as some kind of in-joke.
