That episode in Friendship is Magic where Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle put on a dragon suit costume… I just made that into a figure.  
Went ahead and made the dragon suit removable in 3 pieces.
 
Pony bases- Rarity’s was a background pony in Rarity’s mold, so I repainted it back to Rarity, Rainbow Dash’s base was a derpy-looking roughed up Rainbow dash so I repainted her, and gave her larger wings to poke through the suit. Twilight Sparkle is repainted from a background pony that was Apple Jack’s mold, so I cut the hair and tail. This base has no horn or wings either but that works for the suit.  
They’re all painted in acrylics, paint is sealed in Artists’s Varnish.
 
Dragon suit is cut from green thick leather, and the various shades of green painted portions are from a acorn-colored leather. All pieces hand stitched, painted portions are sealed in mod podge. Used jagged white trim for the teeth, eyes are painted rhinestones with a black scarf trim for the eyelashes, and I glued various rhinestones all over it for the jewels. We know how all them dragons like their jewels lol
