This is pretty funny, and in a way accurate. Trixie’s “rivalry” with Twilight was one-sided both in how Trixie saw Twilight as one and Twilight didn’t return the feeling and that Trixie was out of her league compared to Twilight, since she could only stand up to a Unicorn Twilight by cheating, and still technically lost due to Twilight beating her with her own speciality.
They don’t seem to get on each other’s nerves anymore in the show, but I think it is safe to say Twilight never really thought of Trixie as her “rival”, more like an annoyance. I can definitely see Trixie dragging her to one of these sessions.
@genervt
If it’s a one-sided rivalry, then it barely counts as one considering the fact that she’s not remotely on Twilight’s level to be considered a rival.
@genervt
I did, and it doesn’t excuse her looking for a shortcut, she should have trained like everyone else. She didn’t do so, so she remains at as a low-level mage while Twilight earned her status and power.
Eeyup.
Trixe’s just mad Twilight’s actual rivals can do what she needed an amulet to accomplish.

I’m gonna repeat myself here:
Seems like none of you actually has anything to say anymore at this point except childish games over who has the last word.
Grow up and stop.

My image. My comic. Not yours.
Trixie is no longer Twilight rival, she barely counted as one to begin with.
Zip it and be gone. Everyone here is sick of you.
Antagonist and rival.
@Alphamon_Ouryuken
Stop playing mod.
If she were a rival she would have showed up more.
Antagonist but not rival
You have so much patience.
They don’t seem to get on each other’s nerves anymore in the show, but I think it is safe to say Twilight never really thought of Trixie as her “rival”, more like an annoyance. I can definitely see Trixie dragging her to one of these sessions.
Then leave.
I zip it when I want.
Not one moment earlier.
I think we are done here.
If it’s a one-sided rivalry, then it barely counts as one considering the fact that she’s not remotely on Twilight’s level to be considered a rival.
Now zip it.
A rivalry can be one-sided.
It is still a rivalry.
But of course I don´t want to bother you with my “nonsense”.
Nope.
Trixie saw herself as Twilight’s rival.
Twilight couldn’t have cared less and barely acknowledged her as such.
End of story (warning, this is a comic I made, so stop littering the comment section with this nonsense).
Trixie was a rival (and a very interesting one).
End of story.
I did, and it doesn’t excuse her looking for a shortcut, she should have trained like everyone else. She didn’t do so, so she remains at as a low-level mage while Twilight earned her status and power.
End of story.
It seems that you didn´t even read my comments.
At this point I wonder why I even bother.
Too bad, she should have trained like everyone else, not look for a shortcut just because she didn’t feel like working.
Trixie = Inferior
Twilight = Superior
Not cheating, just an alternate way that backfired.
You want to know what other solution would have worked?
TRAINING.
But Trixie chose the short and easy route, and it ended up turning her into an insane overlord. Therefore it was still cheating.
It was a solution that worked (at least in the beginning).
