Orange = Surrogacy/donor
Pink = Unrequited love
Blue = Adoption
Green = Siblings

The way the little one’s head looks is a bit too Pony like for me plus I let the idea of pony Dragon hybrids

I think the idea is that Sweetie Belle and Twist adopted a dragon egg that was originally laid by Garble and Ballista.
