…who cares, it’s over, get a life.
That was not a very convincing argument
That’s just rediculous. Equestria Girls is a cute spinoff.
In retrospect,Faust litteraly casted pearls before swines.Unfortunately,i think she’ll serve as an example in the industry and not in a good way.Because in the end it answered the question “Why bother putting effort into those toys IP ?” pretty well. If it failed, the suits would have come and said “oh it didnt work, you’re fired.Let’s try another approach, how about we send the ponies from our franchise called My Little Pony in a fucking school dimension with off-topic and grotesque looking humans .Fuck you”.And when it succeed beyond their expectations like it did,the suit come out and say “That’s good but we need to have our cake and eat it too.So the ponies characters that you crafted and developed for a franchise called My Little Pony are going to a fucking school dimension full of off topic and grotesque looking humans.Lol what do you mean ‘i quit ?’ Fuck you”
The only winning move with those IP is not to play if you have talent:Leave it to the yesman, the parvenus and the no-names.Mediocrity is what the mediocre crave anyway.
But in the end…
No.real leaked email
Well, when it comes to obsessing over fictional entertainement, it’s nothing but a series of shits and fans! Please refresh me, what shit and which fan are we talking about?
Apparently 65 episodes is the minimum for syndication, which allows the show to be aired with greater flexibility.
@Background Pony #814D
Fine. Relatively good terms. Knowing what I know now, and having been there during Season Three, I’m pretty sure shit would’ve hit the fan with or without Faust there.
Season 3. I think. But that’s because it would have 65 episodes and that is the projected runtime for western cartoons but that’s something I read somewhere so idunno. Anyway, there was a movie too.
Edited
So S3 or 4 was suppose to be the last season i guess?
No, it was because it was supposed to end at 65 episodes, but they extended it.
That is bullcrap and you know it!
Is things getting nasty during season 3 the reason it was so short?
They didnt leave on good terms. The leaked email revealed she “was very vocal with her disdain for this spin-off” and had every reason to be
U] Your face.
What are you talking about? Maybe try being a bit nicer.
I felt like Season One told a mostly self-contained story, and that it was Season Two that really set up the things that would be important long-term. That said, I don’t really feel like the storyline kicked in until Season Four.
I think S1 is basically more of a prologue to the current storyline that I think offically started in S2 or 3. Like how the Phantom Menace was with the Prequels. Correct me if I am wrong
the reason is he just want more focus on cartoon research innovation for the future,
looks like try make something new design so the old design will abandoned because someone need upgrade to new design,
thats why he leave mlp.

-There was a huge disconnect between the show the fandom thought they were getting and the show she was actually making. You can see this in the early entries in the “Word of Faust” tag.
-Season One was lightning in a bottle that would be almost impossible to sustain.
-The show was never this completely wholesome storytelling endeavor in the first place, and always had an agenda to sell toys. It was just downplayed in Season One, but if the season was successful, there would be more and more attempts at executive meddling. Attempts that the fandom would expect Lauren to fight against.
-Season One tells a mostly complete story anyways, and it has some of the most definitive character moments, so it’s as good a place as any to step down.
I think she just wanted out. She didn’t want to be permanently trapped fighting a losing battle with executives to make a show for fans with questions she had no intention of answering. Considering how nasty things got during Season Three, it’s probably a good thing she got out while everyone was still on good terms.
