A concept I came up with I might make into a fanfic:
Name: Philia
Height: 100 meters (when standing straight)
Weight: 32,000 Tonnes
Personality: Intelligent and curious, but also has a stand offish and even mischievous side. Around ponies she’s kind and a gentle giant, but can be fierce and dangerous against the evil. This is because she was created from all people somehow linked to the Element of Magic, which is Celestia, Twilight, Starswirl, and Gallus, and thus has personality traits of all of them.

Powers:
- Wings can generate hurricane force winds.
- Razor sharp talons and powerful beak
- Can perform various magical spells.
- Powerful mana rays fired from her eyes. When charging purple markings glow with the color of the Element of Magic.
- Head can turn almost 360 degrees.
- Extremely intelligent.
- Can draw power from Twilight to grow stronger, as well as telepathically communicate with her.
Weaknesses: Philia is physically average, having average (for a kaiju) strength, speed, and durability. Her main offense is intelligent and her magical abilities, being more of a ranged mage. This doesn’t make her weak in a physical fight, but does make her less physically capable. Also, if Twilight Sparkle is indisposed, she’s weakened.
The basic story is kaiju begin appearing in Equestria, created as an indirect result of Cozy Glow’s attempt to send all magic to another dimension. During the first of these kaiju’s attacks, the Tree of Harmony comes up with a contingency to deal with them: once the ponies manage to draw a bit of blood from the beast (through a life risking gambit by Rainbow Dash), the Tree creates Philia from it, drawing power from all those connected to it to do so.
Essentially, this idea is meant to lead into a Godzilla the Series style plot were the mane six, eventually all Six getting kaiju bond partners with a similar bond to their own kaiju, traveling Equestria to deal with monsters of the week, with maybe an occasional recurring villain.
Takes some inspiration from an Avatar character…
