Given she’s blushing, her ears are down, and her eyes are half-closed, she’s speaking about [reverse] foalcon.

Thus the foalcon keywords make sense, but I remember a Derpibooru staff saying the artist’s intentions come 1st, which means that while this has the vibes, the artist not meaning it as foalcon means it’s not foalcon.
