It’s been a long time since I played vanilla Clear Sky but most of the mods I’ve tried for it seemed to have the faction war working smoothly.  
My gripe with the other two Stalker games is that most of the factions didn’t really seem to be doing much, so watching Duty going full out nuts on Freedom was rather entertaining. :p

Ah… I remember that game. I loved the Clear Sky Faction… but I didn’t really care for the “raid enemy faction strong hold” game mechanic… the one in the garbage always seemed to be impossible to clear out… and no matter how many bandits I killed, they always seemed to come back within an hour.
