I hope the next European election will be more left wing. It’s very clear that letting the megacorps do whatever they want ends really badly for everyone, those megacorps included. Europe needs to coordinate it’s rail and energy and that can’t happen if it’s split between many bickering megacorps who constantly try to undermine each other. Also with the Euro reducing the spending power of the European nations the EU will have to be more proactive. I would really like to see European factories for things like bikes or solar panels.

I’m of course not saying Europe needs to go full Soviet-style but I think after the fall of communism Europe overshot it in the other direction and overdid capitalism without having the systems in place to compensate for it’s weaknesses. Which ironically is the exact same mistake the Soviets made.

Yes, vote as if it made any difference which bunch of rubber stamps passes every motion the unelected Commission puts in front of them.

Don’t vote CDU, CSU, SPD or AfD ;-)
