Ok so several things to wonder here:

why can’t Spike remember last night?
why is Lily’s hair still messed up if “nothing happened” and she’s been up for a while?
how does Lily know Twilight and Starlight are calling if she hasn’t picked up the phone (caller ID?)
if Lily knows that Twilight and Starlight are calling why hasn’t she picked up?
if Lily has talked to Twilight why is Twilight and Starlight still calling?
why is Spike and Lily ignoring the calls?
so are Spike and Lily passed first base or not?
