It is the same in the Android version. However, like I said, Twilight’s Library is a decoration now that I have Twilight’s Castle and it is basically a flower pot. And for some reason, the Cakes need to work in Twilight’s Library to earn their items. There seems to be a major error in the Android version of the game.

I guess that’s possible. The iPhone version removed the ability for characters to work at shops a long time ago. Now all shops automatically produce items without characters but the downside is that it’s always the item you get the least bits for (like if you only have one character working in every shop).

In my game, on the event page, the Cakes have the word GET under them and every time I click on them, it exits out of the page. When I open up the Cakes character pages, at the very bottom of the Tasks list is “Help with the baking at Spike’s house” darkened out and locked with a STORE button that does not work. Next to it, where the time should be, it says “You need: Twilight’s Library”. However, Twilight’s Library is a decoration in my game. I cannot complete the task without wasting gems on Disguised Celestia.
 
I do not know how your game is different. I have the Android version of the game, do you happen to have the iPhone version?

I’m not saying this is great or anything but you never did any of the repeat quests? The one a few days ago alone had the potential for 300 gems if you finished all the tasks.
 
Edit: Ok, I just reached that step and I don’t know what you are talking about. It’s the typical task where you have characters work on getting items/ingredients and there’s a third character that makes it much faster since they get multiple items/ingredients.
 
I don’t see where you get this thing about Golden Oaks Library. You just click on the character icons and it has nothing to do with the old library.

They are forcing you to buy her if you want to continue on in the story. To get the Dragon Sneeze Tree, Mister and Missus Cake need to work in Twilight’s Library, and this Celestia needs to talk to Bon Bon. However, Twilight’s Library is a decoration after you get Twilight’s Castle and ponies cannot work in decorations. It would be like them working in one of those flower pots. So you need to spend five hundred gems(which I do not have) or ten dollars (which I also cannot afford to spend on this game) just so you can complete this task. Why are they making it pay to play?

It’s from the comic so technically it’s not canon. Hope they put it in the show though.
